Free high speed WiFi network is included.

Rates do not include taxes and are subject to change.

Initial Deposit. At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected.

Scheduled Deposit. 7 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), 100% of the remaining balance will be collected.

Rates are based on room occupancy up to two people, a third/fourth guest is an additional $30.00 per night in the Apartment space.

Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted.

Payment of the balance of the bill is due at check-in in the form of credit card, cash or check.

The Rose and Crown is a non-smoking establishment as dictated by town ordinances and statutes. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside of the guest house. Smoking is allowed outside in either the front or back patio.

Air conditioners are in each room. We ask that you turn off your air conditioners when leaving the room for the day. This will help save on both electrical and environmental expenses.

Please note there will be no daily housekeeping other than for emergencies.  Additional towels and supplies will be made available upon request.

Cancellation policy. All deposits are non-refundable.

Check in is after 1:00pm, check ins after 9:00pm will be no contact, envelopes will be in the mailbox in the front of the house with detailed instructions provided.

Check-out is 11:00am and their vehicles.  Early check-in or late-check out is subject to availability.

When booking please let us know if you will need a parking space, we have 4 available spots that are available in nearby parking for an additional $20.00 per night.

Please note our property is not ADA compliant and there is no elevator. Use of stairs are required to access the second floor and shared rooms.

Each guest room is equipped with a smoke and heat detector. These are connected to the main fire alarm system for the house. Should you hear our fire alarm system please exit the house immediately. When this system is activated or if there will be a loss of power, automatic emergency lighting system will provide light on each of our guest floors.

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

We reserve the right to refuse check-in to guests with pets, or to revoke permission to stay on the premises.
